E' la villa più alta di Baja Sardinia (Arzachena) dal terrazzo di circa 60 metri quadri si gode di una vista indimenticabile sulle isole di Caprera, Maddalena e nelle giornate più terse della Corsica. Siamo vicino a Porto Cervo,Poltu Quatu,Porto Rotondo, Arzachena .Le spiagge più belle della costa Smeralda si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Villa with beach access Capo Coda Cavallo

This villa with ocean view is located in the exclusive setting of Capo di Coda Cavallo, right in front of the marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands. Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.
