I had a very pleasant stay here. The place perfectly accommodates a single traveller. The location is close enough to walk to both the MRT train line & the Owl night market. The wifi is excellent which is great for ordering food delivery services. Both the gym and pool are easy to access. Mintie's dad helped with the checkin and checkout. He's very nice & considerate. Mintie is very responsive to any questions, so great comms are also provided. I shall return soon.

Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

My stay at this place was as pleasant as It could get. The host is super host in true sense. Always responding to messages, friendly and helpful, even if it is not related to your stay he will try to help you with his best. The condo was clean and all amenities mentioned in the listing were provided. In fact we asked for induction cooktop and he arranged it specially for us. Facilities of the building is even better than some 5 star hotels. Infinity edge pool at 56th floor is mesmerising. Gym was well equipped and sky lounge was a great spot to work. I will surely book this airbnb again.

This apartment provided a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodations were well-appointed and suited my needs perfectly. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar. Alles da was man braucht und alles schön sauber! Wutichai ist sehr, sehr bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. Es gab dank super vorbereitung umd klarer Anweisungen keine Probleme. Der Ausblick ais dem 25. Stockwerk ist auch sehr beeindruckend! eine Mall ist 500 meter entfernt. Und der Bus fährt vor der Haistür bis zur Kaosan road!

Was an absolute delight to stay there! Super nice friendly hosts, very nice stylish apartment. The building staff is nice too. There is a big supermarket in the mall in walking distance, which is convenient for stocking up on groceries, plus 2 metro lines close for travelling into the more touristy areas. Really liked it, would gladly return!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Wanlop was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with care and prompt attention, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that our host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable host. The place was also close to Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station and Phra Nang Klao Pier which is the biggest factor for easy transportation.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Had an amazing and peaceful stay at Ake's. Very proactive in providing local recos. The purple line is super accessible and the fresh market is just around 10 mins by foot. 7/11 is available all the time in case you forgot anything! Laundry shops available downstairs with a machine readily available to change your paper bills to coins. Food stalls are available too! Place is near the Bang Sue Grand Terminal so if you're planning to DIY your trips like Hua Hin or Ayutthaya, it's definitely doable. You get what you paid for :) Would definitely recommend Ake's place to my friends who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Кухня оборудована всем для самостоятельного приготовления еды. На территории есть бассейн и тренажерный зал, что стало приятным бонусом. Недостатки: К сожалению, в комнате были тараканы, что немного испортило впечатление.

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Enjoyed our stay in Bangkok, place was really nice and clean.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.
