È composto da un ampio atrio, cucina super equipaggiata, soggiorno con divano letto, stanza matrimoniale, stanza singola e bagno. Gode della vicinanza del più grande polmone verde del centro-città (parco Tommasini). Ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi per visitare il centro.
