Great place. Great host. He has thought of everything that a prospective guest needs in this place even to the minutest details. We enjoyed the stay Care taker was extremely helpful and responsive. A few minutes walk from the beach. Overall 5/5

The peace and quiet of this homestay were exactly what I needed. The rooms were spacious, and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating.

Thank you to Rajendran Sir, for being a wonderful host. A true gentleman who made us feel at home. Clean and tidy house at peaceful location. Sir proactively guided us, making for a memorable stay and trip to Kanyakumari. All amenities are nearby. I highly recommend the stay if one is planning to visit Kanyakumari.

We were 6 ppl ( 4 adults , one 19 year old and one 13 yr old ) . THe place was neat and clean, very close to the Thiruparappu falls, which was our primary requirement . The place was clean, neat and had all basic things that was required for us . We enjoyed the silence and the place in general. Falls is literally a 5 minute walk and so is the boat club. The caretaker Mr SUresh was really polite, friendly and very helpful. We are complete vegetarians, hence we had requested to check on some good place to get us veg breakfast , caretaker took pains to get us breakfast , the food was okay not that great, its not the host's fault but you may have to make your own food if you are particular. Other than that, has parking for 2 cars. The place is a good one for a family

"Wonderful Stay at The Nest - Must Visit Property" We had a fantastic stay at Suneesh's place in Kovalam! The property is absolutely stunning and it looks exactly as pictured. As a family of four, we were initially a bit hesitant since it was a new property without many reviews, but upon speaking with Suneesh we were assured and he helped throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lata Aunty (Suneesh's mother). She welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and delicious pastries. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kovalam. Pros: * New and beautifully maintained property without all amenities * 400m to Samudra Beach(5min walk) * Excellent communication and support from Suneesh * Suggestions of nearby attractions were provided * Warm welcome and hospitality from Lata Aunty Overall: We had a wonderful experience, we felt llike home and would definitely stay here again

Such a nice, beautiful and pleasant place it was. A nice place to hangout for a group of friends or families together. We had a very pleasant time at the stay. Host is super responsive and very helpful. We would definitely prefer visiting again. Stay is worth the price and has good amenities in the home.

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

It is a spacious house with well appointed facilities. At the tail end of our road trip, the large space and individual attached clean bathrooms were much appreciated. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and supplies that was a pleasant surprise. Shanmugasundaram shared good local recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. It is close to all major sights (car) but in a residential area so we can enjoy the peace and quiet after a long tiring day. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which is helpful if your traveling with elders.
