The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

Come stay at the Ethel Retreat Located just blocks from IU Hospital and Ball State University. A cozy get away in this cottage feel home so close to restaurants and the Cardinal Greenway bike trail located along the Westside Park right on the water. A newly built skate park put in 2025 one mile down the road. There is plenty to do around this area of Muncie and plenty of popular shops nearby.
