This was a great place for our large family to stay together. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and lots of common area for us to play games.

The house was easy to find, it’s located on a well-traveled intersection. It is perfect distance to Ball State if visiting a student & going to the football game, as it is right across the street from the stadium. Restaurants in any direction you go, stores located very close. The house itself is absolutely adorable! Very clean & stocked. The owner did a fabulous job preserving the retro look of the house. Lots of originality especially the kitchen & master bathroom. House was equipped with linens & kitchen utensils, everything you would need for a weekend. We will definitely be staying here again!

My multigenerational family of 8 wanted a comfortable place to gather for a reunion and graduation celebration, and we found it in this cozy house. Tastefully appointed, generously supplied kitchen and bathrooms, and good gathering spaces made this a great choice. Staci was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our three nights in this cozy house.

The stay was for gentlemen coming from Australia for work. They all commented that the house was well presented, and everything worked well. Meeka communicated extremely well in the lead up also. I was unable to find mention of the train noise that comes through very regularly and all the gentlemen commented. It's not an unknown, as earplugs are provided for comfort, but I would suggest that this needs to be communicated in the listing.

This was hands-down one of the most charming and comfortable stays I've ever had! The house was absolutely adorable—with thoughtful finishing touches throughout, extra space in the cupboards, and the cutest patio and hot tub to relax in. The shower? Probably the nicest one I've ever used—truly spa-like! I kept walking around just gushing about how much I loved the place. The neighborhood had such unique character and charm, unlike any small town I’ve visited before. It felt safe and welcoming, which meant a lot to me as I was traveling a long distance with my two pre-teen children for a wedding. Karen was the kindest and most accommodating host—so warm and responsive. I can't recommend this stay enough!

Our experience with Brooke was pleasant from the start. Brooke was very welcoming helpful and kind. The property was nice , well kept and private . I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

Thhis was a great experience. it is a really cool older house. I am a neat-freak and felt like the house was super clean. this was a great option for my family for us to attend a wedding at the local barn on boundary event center (13 mins away). the host was super responsive and very flexible with my family. 10 out of 10 recommend
