Karina war freundlich ind hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich sehr bemüht die Unterkunft insbesondere für Familien mit einem Baby angenehm zu machen. Wir fanden den Hochstuhl und die Badewanne besonders praktisch. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und sicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic place and very friendly and welcoming host! Elina was always ready and willing to help and provide us with whatever we needed. Her suggestions were always spot on! The apartment was exactly as was shown on photos and very comfortable. Shopping centre down the road, nice cafe across the road… restaurants and pizzeria walking distance. We would recommend the property and Elina to anyone who travels to Montevideo! ♥️

Maria nos recebeu com muita atenção, muito simpática, nos mostrou toda acomodação. O lugar é maravilhoso, aconchegante e com ótima localização. A poucos minutos da cidade velha e, com uma praça super aconchegante na frente… a vista da casa é um dos pontos altos da acomodação. Nos surpreendeu positivamente. Maria ainda nos deu dicas de onde ir passear, e tinha um mapa da cidade para nos localizarmos … muito prestativa!! Enfim adoramos e indicamos de olhos fechados!!

Yoha was an amazing host. The place was spotless and is very bright. The bed is comfortable and the linens are of good quality. Yoha was available to answer questions and help me out throughout my stay if I needed anything. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay here. The terrace invited you to relax and listen to the sounds of the city while you take in the view of the La Plata river. We appreciated the home’s cleanliness, the cozy decor, the convenient location for walking and the responsive hosts. We highly recommend 1897 for your stay in Montevideo!!

Alojamiento cómodo para todos los inquilinos que fuimos. Super cómodo y lindo. Se nota que a los dueños les gusta el diseño. La ubicación muy practica y linda para conocer Montevideo. Sin duda volvería a alquilarlo. Diego y Ana muy amables a travez de los mensajes por Airbnb. Indicaciones muy claras y yo realmente valoro y sigo eligiendo el check in y check out sin necesidad que ellos tengan que recibirnos. Recomendable!

"¡Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de María José fue increíble! La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del Parque Rodó, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de paseos diarios con nuestra mascota. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. María José fue muy atenta y me proporcionó todas las indicaciones necesarias. ¡Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a todos, especialmente a quienes viajan con mascotas! All good from A to Z. The accommodations are great, the bed was comfy even for 2 people and it was quiet. Great place and great communicative host. I would highly recommend.

Mara is an amazing host. She made me feel very much at home. The flat is located at the ground floor in a walkable street so great to sight see and find places to eat. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as groceries stores. I worked here for a month (digital nomad) and wasn’t bothered by the noise. In fact I quite enjoyed the occasional local music that is played live. From the office feels more like a background ambiance. The flat is very spacious and I loved the high ceilings. Very well equipped too, didn’t miss anything. Gracias por todo Mara.

Nos encantó el lugar, lindo y confortable, con vista al río. Fernanda nos recibió con calidez. La cocina, el living y el dormitorio principal tienen vista al río y al puerto de Montevideo y a su Aduana. A aquellos que les gusta alojarase en un sitio con historia, es un lugar interesante para recorrer. Altamente recomendable, resultó lo que esperábamos. Gracias Fernanda, esperamos volver.

Great location, could not have chosen better for two days in the city. Spacious and clean apartment. Bathroom looked recently renovated. Comfortable bed and good quality sleep. Doorman at the entrance for 24 hours. Had a great stay and great communication with the host.

Para mí fue el lugar ideal, ubicación excelente tiene de todo cerca: supermercado, cafetería, iglesia justo en frente, casa de cambio y paradas de bus. Mik muy atenta, nos recibió personalmente, nos dio recomendaciones y nos dejó guías para ver y hacer actividades en la ciudad. Todo excelente 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
