The Garden House is a brand new private one-bedroom property located in a charming Oxfordshire village 15 mins drive from the centre of Oxford and 20 mins from Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace. The space is set up for a fantastic night's sleep with a comfortable king-size bed and a quiet location. The only sound you will hear is wildlife. The property has a bright and breezy feel created by large glazed doors and high vaulted ceilings. Ultra-fast broadband makes it perfect for working.

Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .
