The balcony overlooks a quiet bay of lovely Lake Vernon, and there is a child bed and queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Very high speed internet. Be the sole users of 425’ of lakeshore and bonfires, sit on the dock over the water, canoe or kayak, fish, swim, and enjoy the water trampoline and slide. The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Modern, Private self contained apartment with use of Kayak and Canoe. One bedroom/queen bed, located in our home on the lower level. Our home sits on 1/2 acre property on the shores of Lake Scugog. If you are looking to relax and enjoy nature and peace and quiet then this place is for you. This is NOT a party place and sorry NO PETS/children. Seasonal items: Canoe, Kayak, outdoor furniture may not be available for use if your booking early spring or end of Sept/Oct.

Riverfront Lodging No cleaning fee !

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.
