Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때 걱정했는데 안에는 진짜 너무너무 깨끗하고 지금까지 묵었던 에어비엔비 중에 정말 제일 좋았어요. 진짜 숙소가 너무 깨끗해요. 침구도 편하고, 깨끗하고 잠도 잘 잤어요. 난방도 뜨끈뜨끈하게 잘 되고. 리뷰가 왜 좋은지 정말 잘 알 것 같았어요. 그래도 유일한 단점은 건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때가 조금 무서워요 ㅜㅜ 그래도 1층에 편의점도 있고, 엘레베이터도 있고 일단 숙소 들어가기만 하면 상세사진이랑 똑같은 너무 아늑한 숙소여서 완전 만족했습니다!! 다음에도 또 숙소 묵을 일 있으면 여기로 오겠습니다!!! 잘 묵었습니다. 감사해요~

3인 가족이 이사 전 이틀 머무르고 갑니다. 맛있는 커피도 마시고 너무 힐링되서 갑니다. 테라스도 잘 되어 있었는데 이번에는 일정상 이용 못하고 가서 아쉽네요. 다음에 꼭 재방문 하겠습니다 ^^

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Thank you, 혜수, for making my stay so memorable :)

Appartement superbe, proximité des transports et de la ligne 2 qui fait le tour de Séoul. Très bon séjour de 2 semaines. James est un super hôte, très sympa et très réactif. Un vrai bonheur d’avoir fait sa connaissance.

We picked this location because of the location coming from ICN and using the AREX (All Stop) you get off at Hongik University and then a short walk to the accommodation. Hongik University is also on line 2 so getting around Seoul is pretty easy. The apartment is cosy, warm and clean. Due to short duration of this stop we only managed to see the palace and the museum next door. Experience all you can eat Korean BBQ, fired chicken, Myeongdong Market and too much shopping as the kids were pretty much burnt out by the few weeks in Japan beforehand. Communications are good and would 100% come back to this apartment when I’m next in Seoul.

Recomendación 100% a este alojamiento ubicado en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de zona de restauración y buenas tiendas. La casa es muy cómoda, muy bien equipada. Te sientes como en casa. Y los propietarios siempre muy amables!

친구들과 좋은 숙소 잡아서 잘 놀다갑니다! 사진 그대로 집이 정말 깔끔했고 모델링도 정말 이쁘게 하셔서 여자친구들이 매우 만족해 했어요~ 제일 좋았던 점은 화장실이 3개여서 편했고, 호스트 분이 너무너무 친절하게 응대해주었고, 주변에 조용해서 정말 호캉스하는 기분이었어요~!! 집에 가기 싫을정도로 편안했습니다! 다른 지인분들에게 추천해주고 싶을정도네요 :)

It was quite a good and cleanly accommodation. Chuck was super friendly and proactive in regard to the communication. The apartment can fully be recommended.

Excellent house in the Hongdae area of Seoul. The area is vibrant and full of life and activity; yet, Riley and JK's house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. The house is within 13-15 minute walking distance to the Hongdae University Station (subway) exit 1. There is no shortage of restaurants and shopping nearby. Riley and JK have a beautiful house and we could not have asked for better hosts. Our plans changed slightly less than a week before our arrival, and they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house is clean and has everything one needs. They left very detailed instructions on how to dispose of the trash (trash disposal is different and detailed in Southern Korea). Anytime I had a question, Riley and JK were quick to respond. Our family had an excellent time in Seoul and having a great house with a great location played a big role in that. You can't miss by choosing this house for your stay in Seoul.

숙소 너무 깔끔하고 쉬기 좋았고 편의점 바로옆에있어서 삼분도 안걸렸답니다. 비오는데도 바베큐 하기 너무 좋아서 오히려 운치있고 좋았엉ㅎ
