The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. An ideally located 30sqm studio with a unique romantic sunset view, less than 1 km away from the main town of Parikia. A spacious veranda with a marble dining table, a comfy bedroom with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio is only 10 minutes walk from the old market street, and a few minutes drive from the famous beaches of Paroikia.

Krios Luxury Suites is located in Krios Beach. The Silver house it’s the first that we created, out of the three houses in the complex! It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).

House Phos is a property located in the heart of Naousa, the most cosmopolitan village of the island, with parking space. This house offers a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one of them may become living room) with six twins beds (or three double) , as well as two bathrooms, may accommodate 6 people.
