When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Building has paid laundry and work space available for guests use.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Private entrance to studio with private bathroom and kitchenette with a full size corner bed suitable for a single person or couple. Please note, no additional sleeping arrangements are available. No extra guests can be accommodated. The studio is private but attached to the house where other people live. One of our residents has a severe allergy so even though we love pets we cannot allow any animals.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
