Located in a suburban neighborhood; the area is quiet and secure with cameras and lights surrounding the property. A home away from home in Paradise!

Walk 45 seconds to one of the Caribbean's most beautiful beaches. Twelve minutes drive from the Nassau Lynden Pindling Airport airport, our studio is walking distance (10 min) to the Bahamar Resort. Outside sitting area at your front door, alternatively on our ocean pier furnished with day beds, overlooking the Caribbean. Steps to the sandy beach!

Our home is just a 10-15 minute bus ride away from downtown Nassau, shopping & Nassau's major attractions. This unit is also just a 10-15 minute walk to white sandy beaches. It is a newly renovated, clean, spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio apartment with a great queen size bed, new A/C, Wifi & TV with an android box. Our space is good for couples, individual travelers and business travelers. The apartment is near public transit so you can access the island by bus.

This cozy 1-bedroom apartment offers an idyllic experience with a perfect blend of style, comfort, and tranquility for up to 2 guests (adults only). It is 1 of 3 units (on an owner-occupied property) with a private & secured guest entrance and free parking. A 5 min drive to Baha Mar Resort & Goodman's Bay Beach, and 12-15 min drive to the airport. A rental car, or private transportation service, is recommended. Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
