Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Strandhütte war sehr schön! Catalin war super hilfsbereit und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ein Problem hatte (z.B. Herdplatte anmachen, Klimaanlage ausstellen). Wir haben sogar einen Wasserkanister bekommen! Die Hunde haben uns jeden Tag versüßt. Direkt vor der Hütte konnte man nicht so gut baden, aber wenn man ein bisschen weiter nach links oder rechts spaziert und weiter reinwatet, liegen nicht mehr so viele Korallen/Steine da. Catalin hat uns eine Einweisung fürs Rollerfahren gegeben und das hat sich gelohnt! So konnten wir die Insel erkunden. Wenn man mehr als One-Pot-Gerichte kochen will kommt man hier an seine Grenzen, aber mit einer Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher kann man auch schon viel zaubern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr nah! Alles in allem beste Zeit unseres Urlaubs dort verbracht. Es war total schön abends im Dunkeln dem Meer zu lauschen und die Geckos auf der Terasse zu beobachten. Empfehlung!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Villa ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, super komfortabel und mit Antiquitäten äußerst geschmackvoll und klassisch thailändisch ausgestattet. Super Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Penibel sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist absolut ungestört. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das tolle Haus wird nur noch vom Gastgeber Kevin übertroffen, der schon bei der Anreise behilflich ist, jederzeit erreichbar ist und unglaublich tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Samui gegeben hat. Sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall hat er geholfen und ein phantastisches Krankenhaus empfohlen. Kevin ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Ich kann ihn und die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie liegt direkt am Strand – eine traumhafte Lage, besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da das Wasser sehr flach ist und sich hervorragend zum Spielen eignet. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass man aufgrund von Ebbe und Flut leider nicht immer schwimmen konnte. Auch liegt die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb, sodass man für Ausflüge oder (größere) Einkäufe (ein 7/11 ist direkt um die Ecke) unbedingt ein Auto oder Roller braucht. Die Melanie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert – das war wirklich top! Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur suchen.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Alles perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Nur der Gastgeber wohnt nebenan, sonst ganz privat. Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und angenehm!

Wundervolle Gastgeber, liebevoll, humorvoll und unglaublich aufmerksam. Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Unser Aufenthalt bei Pannipa und Markus war einfach unvergesslich – dank ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft und ihres wunderschönen Zuhauses wurde unsere Hochzeitsreise zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben selten so liebevolle, humorvolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber erlebt. Jede Empfehlung, jede Reservierung und jede kleine Geste war Gold wert. Es war unser erstes Mal in Thailand / auf Samui, aber sicher nicht das letzte. Wenn wir zurückkommen, dann ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen euch von Herzen weiter. Die Gespräche, die Geschichten und die positive Energie von Pannipa und Markus haben uns tief beeindruckt. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à la villa Indu Siam. Tout était parfait. La villa, située en bord de mer, est très belle, très bien conçue et aménagée et d'une grande propreté. Davide a toujours été très réactionnel à nos demandes en amont. Un bravo particulier à Anna et son équipe, quelle réactivité à tout point de vue : conseils sur les excursions, réservations de massages ( à domicile,c'était top ) de taxis, de restaurants, de golf, dépannage en temps record lors d'une crevaison en scooter, etc... et quelles fines cuisinières. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin avec leur délicieux petits-déjeuners ainsi que de trois repas du soir qui étaient tout simplement excellents. Tout cela dans une très grande discrétion. Un grand merci.

Das Zimmer mit Pool war wunderschön, genauso wie der Ausblick auf den Strand vor der Haustür und das Meer. Die Wäsche wurde jeden Tag gewechselt, und man bekam jeden Tag neue Softdrinks. Leider war der Wasserstand an diesem Strand sehr niedrig, so dass man nicht darin schwimmen konnte. Das ist an dieser Stelle wohl in den Monaten April und Mai normal. Wir sind dann weiter runter zum Lamai Beach gefahren, wo man gut schwimmen konnte. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, hat der Vermieter uns sofort geholfen und Informationen weitergegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Secondly stay at Dan's villa, spacious and beautiful beachfront property. good restaurants, beach massages and 7-11 close by. I highly recommend Dan's villa!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestalteten Haus! Alles war blitzsauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die beiden guten Seelen des Hauses: Ihre herzliche Art, das ansteckende Lachen von ihr und die liebevolle Fürsorge haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Sie waren immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte, und haben sich großartig um alles gekümmert. Auch der schöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Abschalten, und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Herz!

This is a very special place. So quiet and peaceful. All the room are extremely comfortable and Its location is away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to get to by car . Tony and poon can arrange everything from shopping massages and trips they are absolute legends.

Das Haus war Perfekt, sehr schöner Strand und Pool und wir hatten genügend Platzt im Haus! Es wurde 2 mal Wöchentlich geputzt Betten gemacht und auch der Manager half wen man ihn brauchte! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft meine Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit in Kosamui!

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Koh Samui specifically because of the house’s close proximity to Fisherman’s Village where there are many restaurants and a large night market. The best feature of this Airbnb are truly the motorcycle and Moped included in the rental. We rode all around the island and it was so fun to explore the island that way. Highly recommend this place!

Der Empfang durch Chris sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab reichlich frisches Obst und kühle Getränke - einfach nur köstlich. Chris gab hilfreiche Tipps und war immer erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Gegend, so dass Auto etc. erforderlich; privaterTaxifahrer, K. Chan (?), in Nachbarschaft und sehr zuverlässig. Privatstrand um die Ecke, war aber zu ruhig für uns (ein paar wenige Fischerboote). Wasserfälle in der Nähe und mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Wunderschön, auch zum Schwimmen. Meer und Strand am schönsten an Chiang Mai beach; Kosten für Liege und Schirm dort 100 Baht/Tag. Allerdings ist der Ort selbst überlaufen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Marco und Chris für alles, wir wären sehr gerne für sehr viel länger dort geblieben. Es war traumhaft schön in der Villa !
