My place is in a historical building in Alfama, with view to River Tejo, close to Panteão and the flea market feira da ladra. It is 5 minutes from S.Apolonia train station and metro, 15 min walk to the city center. Though the attic is close to small restaurants, Fado places and cafes, it is calm and silent. The rooms are light flooded and the view to the river is special, you will enjoy the special light of this city and its various reflections on the water. Registered with Camera de Lisboa 2016

The casa das Olaias is a new apartment full of natural light and sun with a balcony prepared to take the meal with a fantastic view over the river Tejo and Serra da Arrábida. The apartment is inserted in a private condominium with security 24h /24h and has private parking in an indoor garage. Is located between old city center and Parque das Nações, only 5 minutes by car to both directions. You can also use the underground station 7 minutes to walk slowly to get there.

The Balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. Although there is an elevator, it does not always work.

The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor, located in Graça, it is the perfect place to start a city tour with the famous tram 28 just 200 meters away. Very quiet street and building, within walking distance to historic sites and old city.
