Sjönära mysig stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet. En korg ved ingår. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, kökshanddukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Njut av havsnära sekelskifteshus i villaidyll med stor trädgård - härliga aktiviteter, skärgårdsbåtarna och Gotland runt hörnet! Välkomna till vackra Nynäshamn och vårt hus beläget nära centrum med 10 minuters promenad till hamnen. Här har ni tillgång till ovanvåning, vind och balkong - allt med egen ingång. Upptäck den pittoreska fiskehamnen med eget rökeri, klippbad med utsikt över havshorisonten eller vindsurfa på Torö stenstrand. Pendeltåget till Stockholm tar bara strax under en timme.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Några min promenad från Sörmlandsleden och sjön Yngen. 6 bäddar, två sovrum och bäddsoffa. Stora sociala ytor. Fullt utrustat kök, perfekt för dig som vill laga egna måltider,badrum med tvättmaskin. Uteplats med grill. Naturen precis utanför dörren – men bara 30 min till Stockholm med tåg.

Fiska, njut av lugnet eller hyr vår motorbåt och upptäck öar, badvikar och magiska solnedgångar från sjösidan.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
