We had a great stay with no issues. The place is easy to find and accessible by Grab. It's spacious enough, making it perfect for a big group of friends or family. Overall, it's a nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and proactive in providing instructions. We were also able to check in early and extend our checkout for a minimal additional fee, which was very convenient.

It's a nice place. Smooth check-in, too. Keith provides clear instructions which I really love. The only concern I had was the shower not working and the balcony door cannot be locked. Hopefully it's already fixed by the time I choose to stay there again. But other than that, everything is good, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much, Keith!

I am a returned customer. We specifically loved the view. Room felt home and comfortable. As someone who got used to have kitchen towel, I actually been looking for it. With additional kitchen towel (tissue) in the kitchen, I would say everything is perfect. Ms. Lilan is also responsive and nice and accommodated us at the last minute. Nice view is super +++++!

I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

Great place to stay in Moalboal. Scooter rental nearby (1 minute walk). Suits location is between restaurants and White beach. Have a table to work and decent internet speed. Fancy fans and ceiling lights. Free water included. Responsive and friendly host! The only downside is that the laundry is quite far from accomodation. Oh, and also no microwave on the kitchen (or I didn't find it)

Spacious studio, very clean, complete amenities, and located ideally at Iloilo Business Park. This Airbnb is a perfect base when in Iloilo. It is a short walk to the Festive Walk Mall and IMOCA, and a short grab ride to Molo Plaza and Jaro Plaza. The pool and gym were also excellent. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

Ciri and Martin are great hosts. Their place felt like home. It has everything we needed during our stay, and it’s near the beach. They offer scooter rentals and tricycle/taxi arrangements whenever we needed. 10/10 stay, we’d love to book the place when we come back and we’ll surely recommend them to our friends who will visit Moalboal

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids! We had an incredible time staying at John Erwin's place with my nieces and nephews, who are all minors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was designed with care and attention to detail. The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a family, plenty of room for the kids to play while still giving everyone space to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make mealtime easy and fun. The location was fantastic, too—close to Festive walk and mall, Marketplace, coffee shops, korean bbq and more. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Our group had an amazing staycation. Amy and Kuya Litoy were very helpful/accommodating. In terms of room, we did not encounter any problems at all. It's clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Facilities were working perfectly. I highly recommend them! 😃

Great place. It's near a water refilling station, sari sari store, and can access Robinson's supermarket by trike/e-bike. Place has good a/c, a nice stove, refrigerator and all basic necessities needed. Internet speed is great too. Great for working from Home. Would recommend anyone who would have events near panaad to avail of this space. It's a great place to stay in!
