This renovated house with large garden is on the side of the kiss Tisza Lake. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, watch the water birds over the lake. you can even fish on the lake. The lake is privately owned, you can find all info on internet (Ároktő Horgásztó). Ároktő is a small village on the edge of the Tisza River. Within short distance the are a lot of beautiful sites to visit (Eger, Debrecen, Hortibagy, Tiszaifured, ...)

A lakást lifttel könnyedén megközelítheti kicsi-nagy, idős és fiatal. Ha szívesen eltöltenél pár napot egy megfizethető, kellemes helyen - jó helyen jársz. Szeretettel várlak! A FILIA Apartman Egerben a belváros közvetlen közelében, mégis csendes környeterben elhelyezkedõ, két külön bejáratú lakrésszel várja a városba látogató vendégeit. Az épület teljesen felújított, 2021 végére nyerte el mostai állapotát. A ház az óvárosban a régi városfalon belül, egy hangulatos lépcsôsoron át közelíthető meg. Parkolni a környezô utcákban lehet. Az apartman fenôttbarát, a szobák nem pótágyazhatóak.

Our guest house is only 8km from Eger. It is located in a quite and safe neighborhood. The house has two floors. The kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and bedrooms are on the upper level. No other guests are using the house but the one who booked the house for that period. Breakfast is not included in the price But it is available for extra service.
