Casa de la Montaña

Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

The Villa can host up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet & an extra toilet seperately. 1 bathroom has shower and bathtub, 1 has a shower. The large garden, which is fully fenced, has a couple of nice fruit trees and next to the pool is an extra outside shower. There are 2 kitchens with dishwashers, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven for making lovely meals with the amazing food Spain has to offer. There is in the pool area a gas BBQ. The villa and the pool is PRIVATE.

Preciosa casa al borde del mar

El lugar idílico para disfrutar unas estupendas vacaciones al borde del mar. ATENCION! Acaba de empezar una construcción de tres casas en el terreno de al lado. Por ello hago un gran descuento! Aún así es una delicia disfrutar de esas maravillosas playas. Y luego un delicioso baño en la piscina sin salir de casa. A 5 km de San Juan de los Terreros con todo tipo de distracciones y restaurantes, a 30 minutos del precioso pueblo andaluz Mojácar, y a 40 de la reserva natural del cabo de Gata

Fantastic villa with an amazing view.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.
