Dit pas gerenoveerde (2020) moderne, geairconditioneerde mini penthouse (50m2) is gelegen op de 7e etage in het centrum van Netanya in een rustige buurt vlakbij de zee. Het appartement is bereikbaar per lift (geen shabbat lift) en heeft zijn eigen opgang. Het penthouse heeft een privé zonneterras (10m2) met zeezicht. De badkamer heeft een stortdouche. De zee is op 5 min loopafstand en de kikar ha'atsmaoet op 10 min. Supermarkten, winkels en bus station zijn allemaal per voet te bereiken.
