A traditional yet modern property with three bedrooms, Culvardie Cottage offers amazing walks, cycling, wild swimming and wildlife all from the cottage door. Perfectly located for all ages all year round to escape from it all.

For a maximum of 2 adults (+ 1 child with sofa-bed/cot), Pine Cottage Annexe is cosy, comfortable and full of character. Nethy Bridge is beautifully surrounded by ancient pine forest and the perfect base to explore the Cairngorms. Curl up in front front of the wood-burner, relax and switch off. From easy local walks and a coffee in the village cafe, to hiking the hills and moors or mountain bike trails, it's all on the doorstep. Happy to help! The Dell of Abernethy is a relaxed retreat in the Cairngorms, surrounded by woodland, birdsong and open space. A place for families, couples and groups to slow down and reconnect. Kids can run free, while others wander forest paths or simply unwind. Cosy cottages offer a warm, characterful base after days outdoors. Evenings often drift to the woodland firepit. From Easter to October, Fridays bring our Gather Inn with shared food and good company. The Dell Grocer makes stays easy and unhurried.

Highland Shepherd Huts are located in the heart of Cairngorm National Park, offering the ultimate glamping experience. Perfect for two or 4 for either a well needed escape or romantic break. Experience nature and adventure in our shepherd's huts situated in 16 acres of woodland at Mondhuie near Nethy Bridge. We accept well behaved dogs and the hut only has room for 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. We have to charge for this and the cost is £30 per dog per stay. Please leave cash on departure.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Each features an open plan kitchen-dining-sitting-room; a separate bedroom with walk around double bed with Emma mattress (new July 2024); and a shower room with electric shower. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
