Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

A traveler's retreat just 5 minutes from i70

Enjoy your night on the road! This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Guests will enjoy a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and designated patio space all to themselves. Guests will enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful natural landscape with nearby biking or hiking trails. Grill out, make a fire, enjoy peaceful walk on the labyrinth and so much more.

Escape to the breathtaking beauty of Hocking Hills with The Outlook, our cabin that promises an unforgettable retreat. Nestled amidst nature's serenity, this cabin offers a fusion of rustic charm and modern luxury. High speed Wi-Fi!! No cleaning fee!! The cabin boasts a beautiful kitchen, loft queen bedroom, pull-out queen bed in the living room below. Outdoor propane grill, brand new hot tub, and a stone outdoor fireplace.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape on a farm in the heart of Warren County. Private 900 sq. ft. two bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchenette looking out over 18 acres of privacy.
