Wonderful location, walkable to delicious coffee spots (Fiore), adorable shopping and gift ideas (Cloud 9 Clay), many food options (Laser Wolf) and down the street from Indigo bikes to cruise around town. Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at this cozy cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Check in instructions were clear, property was easy to find, and an overall great stay. Jan has two off leash dogs who will come and greet you. This is a known feature as it’s mentioned in the listing and check in instructions, so we knew to expect some greetings! The dogs were friendly, and the border collie was a was a little jumpy and did get some mud on our clothing. However, somewhat to be expected staying on a beautiful farm! I also wished there was a curtain or blinds on the downstairs windows, just felt somewhat exposed at times however did not taint our experience at all. The cottage was clean, with many features and amenities to make you feel right at home. We had the ability to check out some animals on the farm and it was a lovely experience. Overall I would recommend!!

Absolutely enchanted with this exquisite cottage. It was beyond our expectations and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Charming, peaceful, comfortable, serene, well appointed, tasteful decor, and Heidi was a thoughtful and lovely host. Would highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. I will be back !

I was in town to meet cousins for a weekend at Peddler’s Village. I was already traveling with my two pups and needed a pet friendly location. This was perfect. Very comfortable; fenced in yard is plenty large. My girls loved running around. They were even encouraged to jump in the pool that is right outside the living space door. Doylestown was convenient to PV as well as other locations like Lumberville (cool places to eat and walk the towpath). Bucks County is so pretty; you can’t go wrong. We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay. The farm was so beautiful and our pups really enjoyed the fenced in yard. Very relaxing and private. Highly recommend! We enjoyed meeting the caretaker that lives on the property.

We were here for our high school reunion and was so happy to stay at Williams place. The house itself was so spacious, pretty, and clean we had a great stay! Location was great and getting around was easy

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The guest house feels like you’re sleeping in a serene and quiet forest. It’s also minutes away from great food and cute shops so you get the best of both worlds. We would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the cottage. It was peaceful. It was the perfect size for a small, relatively local getaway. The host was very proactive in providing instructions, recommendations for local eateries, and even instructions on how to walk to the lake. You can tell that Kristine takes great care in providing this cottage for customers. It was stocked with light snacks and breakfast items. Fresh bagels were provided every morning. Additionally, it was quiet, private, and just what I needed. I would love to stay there again.

Would absolutely stay here again! Clean, quiet, and comfy. Coffee maker works well. It feels like a real home. It has the character that comes with a historical house, but at the same time the right things have been updated and renovated to make you feel like a welcome guest. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Heather is super nice, and is very welcoming of dogs, if you have one. If you don’t, you’ll never know dogs have stayed here at all because the place is very well cared for.
