Really clean! just like what other reviews mentioned. There's heater in the shared bunk bed room too. Private parking for guest so you don't have to park by the road side.

It is a good place to stay, near to town centre.

Our double shared a bathroom with just one other room which was great. We were only there for a night, but you could hire out surfboards or lessons at the hostel too.

Wonderful place to stay, with close proximity to the town's main road. Room was clean and today upon arrival and super quiet at night. Would stay there again!

I highly recommend! Amazing views, pure nature around you and really close to start (or end) the Routeburn track (it was the reason why we choose this accommodation).

La habitación estaba muy bien, es cómodo tener una heladera. El ventilador es pequeño pero cumplió su función. Clave tener ventana. Las instalaciones del lugar son funcionales, se mantienen siempre limpias tanto baños duchas como cocina. La cocina tiene de todo. Lo que más destaco es la limpieza del lugar. Volvería sin dudas.

You get what you expect. Great budget accommodation, good facilities and very clean. Great location close to the city center and Britomart.

just as he explains it, for anyone who wants four walls and a bed. Building is dark and very old. But spaces are quite clean and easy check in. Worth what I paid:)

Stayed for about a month while waiting for a flat when I moves to Auckland, it was a very clean and simple place to stay.

It is extremely easy to find the property. It is also absolutely easy to get the keys and check in. I love how accessible is the place to everything. I didn’t have any transport but the property itself to most of the places is walkable. There is also a bus stop just nearby of the property. Extremely convenient. The kitchen is very clean & it really has every basic thing that you can easily cook a meal for! Thumbs up! The bathroom / toilet is very clean too. The room is extremely comfy. I stayed in the non-window one for 2 nights but it was totally fine. It also has everything you need. Love it so much! Ted was also very responsive and helpful. I needed a proof of address letter and I seek Ted for help. The letter was placed under my room door within 10 mins. Extremely helpful & responsive. Overall a superb place to stay in Auckland! Love it! Thank you!

This place is absolutely lovely. Tucked away in a quiet area is this quaint little gem full of amenities. Yes the building has been well loved and you can tell is a bit tired here and there, but is just so charming and peaceful with beautiful grounds and outstanding hospitality.

Thanks to John! It was a nice and short stay in Taylorville, beautiful place to do day trips to Hokitika etc. Rooms are quite easy, but with everything you need. Cosy beds, and if you need anything John will reply pretty fast. I definitely recommend to stay there! Thank you!

The stay was contactless and great with easy to adjust with flexible timing and great surrounding.

I stayed for one night and had a great experience overall. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. However, I slept in a high bed that didn’t have any guardrails or safety measures to prevent falling, which could be an issue for some guests. Apart from that, I enjoyed my time and would recommend it for those who don’t mind the bed setup!

Die Unterkunft ist super Zentral und entsprach der Beschreibung. Ted hat schnell auf Machtten reagiert und der Check in war einfach. Alles super.
