West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

The cosy cottage provides perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the spa pool, sauna, and paddle boards whilst experiencing breath-taking views. The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

Whiterocks Villa

Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.

Sitting on the shores of the Irish Sea, Keeper’s Cottage provides a comfortable base from which to walk, beachcomb, birdwatch and explore. Close to the villages of Portaferry, Cloughey and Strangford, the area is rich in wildlife and heritage. Or just relax by the fire and soak up the magic of this unique place. Our other cottage, which is immediately adjacent, sleeps 4 and people often rent the two properties together for larger groups.
