Enjoy peace & privacy on 1+ acres; the cabin is set back from the road and surrounded by yard, gardens, & tall trees. Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Great place with lots of room for summer or winter fun. Several ski resorts within 30 minutes. So close to the lake you can hear the water lapping at the shore and the loons calling at night. Enjoy the fantastic lake views with mountain backdrop for unbelievable sunsets. There are 4 bedrooms, one w office, full kitchen, laundry, and a large living/dining room. The enclosed porch is fantastic to enjoy the lake. The shared 400ft beach is just a short walk. Summer/2026 - Weekly Sat-Sat Only.
