Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We absolutely adored this little cottage! It was beautiful inside and out and the perfect distance to all of the things we had planned to do. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was a short walk to the lake. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. It was a short drive to Conway for shopping and restaurants.

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. This location is absolutely perfect for anybody that wants to be close to the water and to the town. There was so much to do and so many great restaurants close by. We loved being able to go for walks during the day and at night time the game room was perfect. We had kids ranging from ages 1 to 13. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back in the future.

We went to Steven’s home on Lake Winnisquam for our daughter’s graduation. The house is direct lake front, stunning panoramic views! The home is beautiful, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer convenient on main floor. Gas fireplace chased away coolness of the spring mornings and creates cozy ambiance. Comfy furniture! On the roomy screened porch the furniture is excellent quality. There is a drink fridge and ice maker on the porch for your convenience. The baths and bedrooms were immaculate. We appreciated full size beds. The neighbors are friendly and had a smile when we walked our dog or drove to the house. Great parking spaces, beautiful lawn area with firepit, seating space under the porch, gas grill, private dock, kayaks and more. Lake is pristine. Steven responds very quickly to inquiries and is a top notch host! Great coffee/tea station, thoughtful amenities! Will come again in a heartbeat!

Espectacular. Nuestra estadía fue magnífica, el lugar estuvo muy limpio, contaba con todo lo que había en la descripción, cuando necesite comunicarme con Brian respondió con mucha rapidez, y el lugar es realmente precioso. We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

We had a wonderful stay at Miguel and Daniela’s home! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. From cozy nights by the fire to peaceful mornings on the deck overlooking the water, everything about the experience felt easy and rejuvenating. The location is private and quiet, yet still close to local activities, and the views are absolutely stunning. The kayaks, games, and outdoor amenities made it easy to enjoy time together both inside and out. Miguel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Beautifuñ home, just as described. very clean and the beds were super comfortable. They even had a bed and bowls for my dog Bella and an enclosed backyard which was great. Modern appliances were great too. All in all a great place to stay with family and friends. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. 10/10

Nancy’s place was perfect for my family. There were enough bedrooms and lots to do in the area. The beach and kayaks were definitely the highlight along with Chucksters right down the road! Nancy was very responsive and stopped by to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

Beautiful, exactly as advertised, awesome amenities, pictures didn’t do justice to how great it was! Host was very responsive. Loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Jennifer's Home is wonderful. This is the second time we stayed there. The place was immaculate, the kitchen is excellent with everything you would need. Loved some of the suttle touches made to the place since last time. Jennifer has a special place and we will be back!

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

This lake house lives up to all wonderful reviews it has been given. So comfortable, open , and beautiful scenery. My husband, myself and our dog spent several days enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We saw loons,Canadian geese, mallards, kingfisher, and even an eagle that swooped in for a fish . The house itself has all the comforts of home you could need. We loved the coffee mugs so much that we bought some for home! Also a Nespresso machine may be in our future. Thank you to Danielle and family for creating such a welcoming and serene home.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and also feels very relaxing at the same time. The views from the house of the lake literally take your breath away. Ewa is very responsive and kind. She accommodated us in ways she really didn't need to and we appreciated that so much. Wifi is great at this house, if you need to work or have meetings. However, you may have issues with reception (depending on your carrier) in the area so be sure to write down directions before going! Also the street is really just the driveway and it's not marked so be sure to follow GPS to know when you have arrived! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's a great house for 2 families to stay together! And the basement with the pool table and ping pong - wow- what a bonus!!
