Really really enjoyed our stay! Mike was fantastic with communicating with any questions or concerns we had. The place is very clean and accessible to lots of fun places. May have already been mentioned, but be aware there are lot of stairs leading up to the apartment. (just wanted to mention that for anyone who has mobility issues.) It was a great value and I'm so glad we stayed!

This is a fantastic location, walkable to everything in Newport. Parking is included and that is a huge benefit. The rental is ideal for a single person or a couple, and makes for an easy and convenient way to experience all that Newport has to offer. I would recommend without hesitation, and hope to be back again soon!

We loved staying at Ryan’s place! It’s centrally located—just a short drive to the Navy station, beaches, the Cliff Walk, and everything Newport has to offer. The home had all the thoughtful touches we appreciate, like laundry detergent, a first aid kit, and quality toiletries. The space was bright, full of natural light, and perfect for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Really wonderful time and would love to come back. I was in town visiting my brother and his wife and children, the location was walking distance from their home and the town / water, which was wonderful. Everything was easy, the home was perfect, and I’d absolutely recommend and return when in town! Looking forward to staying here again when I visit next time!

Our group loved staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is awesome with shops and restaurants just steps away. Alexander’s art showcased in this home is beautiful. I highly recommend visiting Blink Gallery on the first floor! We hope to be back!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

I was originally sad that I didn't book somewhere on Thames Street, but this was a last-minute decision and everything on Thames was booked. After checking into Matthew's place, I was immediately converted. The "Broadway" section of Newport has so much more to offer than the tourist-battered Thames Street! Nitro (coffee) Bar, Newport Tokyo House, Caleb and Broad, Fastnet Pub, Tavern on Broadway, Bar Cino, Pour Judgement... All excellent places to eat and drink and all within walking distance from 86 Doctor Marcus Wheatland Boulevard! Besides all this, Matt's unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The bathroom was spa-like and the beds were all comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but one could easily save a ton of money and cook at home. The fridge even had an ice maker! Each morning, we did take advantage of the "coffee bar", which included k-cups, various sweeteners and mini-creamers. Thank you, Matthew, for allowing us to stay in your lovely unit!

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Renee’s place in Narragansett! The house was so cozy and comfortable, perfect for our girls weekend. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would happily come stay again! Especially appreciated the flexible check in and check out 😊

Rick’s place was the perfect getaway for a group trip to Newport! He was always responsive and helpful when it came to any questions we had before and during our stay. He was very accommodating when it came to check in and the welcome gift that he left was such a nice touch. The house was not only in a perfect location with a beautiful yard and neighborhood but it was beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious and had all of the amenities you could think of and need. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of everything. Our only complaint was that we wish we had another day at this house. We definitely wouldn’t think twice about staying here again on our next trip to Newport!

What a beautifully decorated home! Close to the beach & loved that a beach cart, chairs & boggie boards were included. Although we brought a few of our own, was nice to have extra boggie boards. Great places to gather outside & loved having an outdoor shower. Loved having a water filter right in the fridge. My girls loved the porch that has been coverted to a bedroom with two beautiful full size beds. Loved that it had what we needed an no clutter to distract. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. A great vacation for the family!!

Perfect for our large group. Loved the open concept. It allowed us to all be together either watching TV, playing games at the table while some were making a snack in the kitchen. The kitchen was a favorite spot, it's updated and had what we needed. The deck was perfect! The kids could play games while grownups watched from above. We were there for a wedding at the Towers so the location was perfect. Having the beach so close by was an awesome bonus. Had a great long weekend!

Christine’s home was perfect for my family and my friend’s family to stay! So much space and lots of bathrooms which was a plus! I love how the kitchen and living room are one big space to host everyone. The wrap around deck was amazing!!! We had some trouble with the grill but Christine was SO responsive (even though she was on vaca herself!) and sent her handyman over to fix it which was awesome!! Nothing beats the RI beaches and salty summer air. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect spot for the weekend! Kathy’s place is exactly as described, with an amazing open family room. Best location, in that it’s walkable to everything but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Kathy’s instructions to get in were simple and easy and having the parking pass was super helpful too. Highly highly recommend!!

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Hamilton’s place has an amazing view and very comfortable! We especially loved to sit with coffee to stare out in the morning. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. He’s also very responsive and kindly answered my questions to help my stay more comfortable. It’s also very close to downtown - highly walkable. We enjoyed the pool and grill at the resort as well. We would love to come back!
