The house is next to a cafe and a gym. It is close to the supermarket and market (200m) and the sea (300m). There is a big courtyard in front of the room for parking, BBQ party, and chilling. We also have a small store at the Kiosk of the house selling desserts. You can come to buy good food.

Apartment is located at the center of Nha Trang in the building of Maris Hotel Nha Trang, a 5-minute walk to Nha Trang Beach and 900m to Tram Huong Tower. We have a kids club, an outdoor pool on the 21st floor, as well as a basic fitness center. Breakfast is included every day from 6:00 - 9:30 am, served as a buffet.
