Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
