Vakantiewoningen nabij een strand in Ningo/Prampram

We verbleven bijna een maand in het beachhouse. Vooraf ging de communicatie niet zo vlot. Maar toen we persoonlijk het nummer door kregen konden we met kwaku/nada berichten. We kwamen in de avond aan wat geen probleem was. Kwaku verwelkomde ons en we hadden direct flessen water tot ons beschikking. Het uitzicht vanuit het beachhouse is prachtig! Je kijkt zo uit naar de zee direct vanuit de woonkamer,eerste slaapkamer en veranda. Airco in de woonkamer is sterker dan de slaapkamers. We hebben helaas niet in de zee kunnen zwemmen daar het strand bevuild was met plastic artikelen dit spoelde dagelijks aan op het gehele strand. Verder moesten we vaak reizen naar Accra wat 1,5 tot 3uur soms duurde omdat er veel file richting Accra was. Het beach house is lekker als je tot rust wilt komen,verder niet handig als je wilt combineren naar Accra. Handig als je zelf een auto hebt dat hadden we niet en kwaku zorgde voor een taxi ook als we hem nodig hadden deed hij boodschappen voor ons.

ik heb hier 2 weken verbleven, en het is me heel erg goed bevallen. het is hier rustig, geen overlast in de buurt. Alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig. Ik zou het echt iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven.

Marna's place is a little joy to be in. The estate itself is so well done, modern, stylish and very very serene. The house was well equipped - you will find everything you need and if anything, Marna will jump to provide what you need within her power. A most communicative and responsive host who will be there for you. We found a clean house, electricity 24 hours (at no extra cost), WiFi was fast and reliable, there's even back up power from a solar system! Marna was quick to address any requests we made and ensured our stay was comfortable. The team on the ground, the gentlemen at the gate - so polite, courteous and serviceable. They even let us use their phones to call as we didn't have a local sim card. of course, we topped up their credit even if they didn't want us to. Thank you all for making our stay most pleasurable. we highly recommend Marna's place for anyone wanting to book for a lovely place in Tema, Accra. Just book, don't think too much about it. 😃

We stayed here for 12 nights and very happy with the apartment. All the amenities were as described and thankful for AC, WiFi and Netflix available. The swimming pool and gated community was an added bonus, and my children loved it the pool. Thank you Solomon.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

The room came equipped with all the essentials, including a well-stocked kitchenette, a private bathroom with modern fixtures, and even a small balcony that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, my experience renting this room was nothing short of exceptional. We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.

I had an incredible stay at Yaw’s listing. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at Fii’s apartment. The place was exceptionally clean and peaceful. I also appreciated the breakfast beverages provided. Overall, it was a great experience.
