We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Sadrži jednu veliku spavaću sobu, kupaonicu sa tušem, kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se pretvara u udoban ležaj za dvoje ljudi. Gosti imaju free wifi i internet tv na korištenje kao i klima uređaj. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more i na vanjski bazen sa stolom za ručanje uljepšati će vaš godišnji odmor. Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.
