Feb/April school breaks available. 8 bedrooms

Large, single family home with 8 bedrooms. Big modern kitchen with 2 refrigerators and everything you need, dining area, family room. Free washer/dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and common areas. Large deck and fenced in yard. 4 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the main strip and amusement park. Close to all the action, but still far enough away from the crowds to relax outside and enjoy a fire!!! This is a family friendly house and we are not looking to rent to High School graduates looking for a place to get together before going off to college. Fully furnished home with 6 queen beds, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks and 1 fold down sofa bed. Also has beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, umbrellas. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided. Light housekeeping is also required at the end of your stay. Cleaning supplies are also provided. Wifi included!!!! Pets considered!!!

Waterfront Oasis on Pettingill Pond. You couldn't get any closer to the water, it's steps away. There are 3 Kayaks, and a paddleboat, firepit and dock for guest use! This a great spot for swimming and watersports! This home has been newly renovated, the effect results in a simple, stylish, comfortable space for guests to enjoy. Walk to Franco's Bistro for from Scratch Italian food, or Bob's Seafood for a fish taco! This is a piece of paradise on sweet Pettingill Pond in the heart of Windham.

Peaceful 5 bedroom 4.5 bath waterfront house

This newly built (2021) Colonial has over 75 ft of shore frontage adjacent to the hosts 6 bedroom Cape Cod style house. Centrally located minutes from Intersate 95 and Colby College , Thomas college, and other Belgrade lakes destinations. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are only a couple hour drive through scenic countryside. In the winter you can ice fish, cross country ski, snowmobile, or enjoy the quite of the lake. Sugarloaf and Sunday River ski resorts are a 60 minute drive.

Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.

This beautiful, newly renovated home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open living and dining room waiting to give your family or group of friends the ideal Maine vacation experience! On site parking, a lovely yard, a new sauna on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, nearby fields and steps away from the famous Olson House on one side, you can sit on the deck and overlook the working lobster wharf with fishermen coming and going daily on the other side!

Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with sleeping couch for potential extra 2 people (kids). Washer and dryer in the house. High speed fiber optic internet included. 8 minutes drive to Saco and OOB beaches.
