With great views and set in a large garden this is a quiet and peaceful spot We provide basic cooking facilities, fridge and complementary beverages. As the sleeping loft is upstairs we recommend that only fairly fit and flexible guests stay here, as can be seen from the images. The property has solar and battery backup and therefore has power 24/7. Minimum booking 2 nights

Sunbird Nest

This light, airy cottage, nestled under a vine covered pergola, offers you home from home comforts. The space is separate from our family home, with a semi-private little garden for you to enjoy. We share the entrance from road level down to the guest suite and house. Charlie, a handsome Retriever and Pepper, a pretty blonde x-breed, will likely welcome you at the gate. Both dogs are super friendly, but we will happily confine them to the dam side of our home if you are uncomfortable with dogs.

Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. The sizeable en-suite bathroom has a cast-iron bath and large shower.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
