Lovely rooms with bathroom near Norfolk showground

Lovely room in a quiet area very near the Norfolk show ground. Very welcoming host and a drop off and pick up service to the show ground £5 can be arranged. Comes with a private lounge and just across the hall a shower and separate bath, there's also an extra bedroom available for £25 pn for friends. Use of the kitchen is welcome. There is sky TV in the room mini fridge and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service into Norwich only 2 minutes walk away. A small dog stays too.

A King Size EnSuite Room with shower in a Victorian Period home just minutes from the beach on the North Norfolk Coast. In an AONB with some of Britain’s finest beaches inc Holkham and Brancaster on the doorstep and the best sunsets on the east. Sandringham ,Holkham,& Houghton Hall are a short drive with many tourist attractions close by such as Norfolk Lavender and RSPB Titchwell. A short walk into town for shops,cafes and the theatre. Parking on site. 1st floor room at rear of house. Quiet too

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Quiet haven near the coastline with breakfast

A spacious room with a very comfortable bed and with private bathroom in a quiet area of lovely Sheringham. It is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town where there are shops and restaurants, the theatre, train and bus stations or the beach where you can spend all day relaxing. You can enjoy our tranquil garden too which is a sun trap until the end of the day. Breakfast is continental style. More than 2 nights, you can make use of the kitchen to make a light meal or use the BBQ.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Home from Home Double room; clean and relaxing.

Private double room in light, bright clean bungalow, in a charming village on the river Yare . I offer a pleasant double room with twin beds. . Brundall has two Co ops, a few restaurants , coffee shop ,pubs, fish and chips, Chinese and Pizza take away. Norwich , the Broads and coast are quite close by, with frequent buses and trains. A 47 is minutes away. In your spacious double room ,you will find, a sofa, desk, TV and beverage making equipment, ideal for longer stays.

Twin bedroom in Edwardian town house, King's Lynn.

Edwardian town house in King's Lynn, 10 minute walk from train station. Fifteen minute walk to town centre and the quay. Beautiful, traditionally maintained house opposite The Walks, a Regency park. This is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds next to a shared bathroom. We have a double room available aswell, the other side of the bathroom making it easy for a group of 4 to stay. Access to kitchen and fridge/freezer if needed. Bike storage in garden shed.

Self contained with a private entrance to the Atrium containing breakfast table and chairs then in to a small double bedroom en-suite shower room with TV and free Wi-Fi plus a small fridge, overlooking the garden, in a quite road, 5 minutes from Holt.
