It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
