Great place to stay near campus and downtown. We prefer this building and the units over area hotels. Full kitchen, laundry in unit, comfy furniture and beds. The workout room is great. And Cole was a great host who accommodated our special request, which we appreciated.

The unit was as advertised. Clean and had all necessities. Host was responsive and friendly. Just what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The location is great; it is easy walking distance to restaurants and the Fargo theater. There was some outside noise at night on the weekends, but the building was quiet. It’s clean and comfortable, and we would stay here again.

The place was great. The photos were a clear and accurate depiction of the space. The amenities were good, and its proximity to UND was a major pro on our trip. The room was clean and had plenty of clean towels and extra bedding provided. Overall would book another stay next time I’m in town. 10/10

Great place , parking is only thing I can say wasn’t enjoyable, not a fan of moving around from street to street and not enough spots . I would stay there again but would want a spot in garage for parking, otherwise very nice building

The apartment is bigger than it looks, was super clean, and is close to downtown. It had all the amenities that are appreciated when away from home—like soft throw blankets, an extra fan, tissues in all the rooms, water bottles in the fridge, and fresh oranges. Parking is a little confusing, but that’s a city ordinance and Cole sent great instructions about it. It was more than we could have wanted!

Great place! Only a few blocks from downtown. Finding parking on the street was simple, just be sure to read the signs as the street out front can't be parked on in the middle of the night 3 days a week. The host has replaced the flooring in the main area since the photos were taken. All of the beds had polyester sheets, which none of the guests loved but it is what it is.

Great place to stay! The host Lance and his wife are a lovely couple who are very responsive and considerate with accommodating guest needs. The Airbnb was very well stocked and cleaned upon check-in. The place is great for the value, but the photos do not do justice to how beautiful and spacious the living area and bedroom are. Very upscale and modern decorum I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone. I was worried about the volume from a family living in the space above, but to my suprise the floors don’t creak and do a great job at blocking out the noise I often find myself forgetting there are people upstairs. The unit also includes a full-size fridge cooking supplies and a washer and dryer located upstairs. The neighborhood is great it’s a little secluded but a very quiet welcoming area with a nice hill nearby where people drive up with their cars to enjoy the amazing view.

This was my second stay at David and Jess’s place in Mandan, and once again, it was absolutely excellent. Just like last time, the space was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well thought-out. David and Jess continue to be outstanding hosts—welcoming, responsive, and full of thoughtful touches that really make the stay special. It’s clear they take real pride in their hosting, and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their Airbnb again and will definitely be back if I'm in the area!

This is a cute older home that is shared with other guests. The home is just as pictured and the hosts were absolutely fantastic and were very helpful. I did have issues with the housemates that were less than respectful. That being said the hosts were very proactive and helpful through it all. I would stay here again🙂
