We stayed at the Ally Pally for a weekend break and it was idyllic. The enclosed garden meant it was perfect for our young children to play without worrying about them wondering off, the location was so secluded and private we didn't see another person all weekend, and the bird chatter was a delight to listen to while sat in the sun. Matt was extremely helpful with clear on instructions on how to find the place and contacted us once we were there to check we had settled in ok and to ask if we needed any recommendations for things to do locally. The ally pally was well kitted out with everything we needed and we had a fantastic time.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Reforge. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of contact with nature, the coolest and most unique bar and friendly staff. The perfect heaven on earth.

The quality of the accommodation is excellent and of a high standard, with the attention to detail plainly evident. We found all the essentials were supplied, tea, coffee, toiletries etc and a lovely touch. We are a family of six and found the quality of the beds, bedding, shower, towels, kitchen amenities, furnishings superb. The accommodation was roomy and comfortable even when it was chilly outside, with lots of heating options including a log burner to keep warm. Jono was on hand to check us in and give advice on local attractions. Thank you. This is an absolute gem and we had a wonderful stay. We hope to see you again. Jason & Denise

Fantastic night away in a quirky interesting space !!!! Full of original items such as the original radio which our children danced to 💃💃💃 The fairy garden and pigs were the most perfect addition for our children aged 6 & 8 Accommodation was spacious with plenty of room for us all Enjoyed the fire pit when the sun went down Beautiful spot with plenty of wildlife !!!!!! Definitely visit this place you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

This is a wonderful and peaceful place. The caravan is spacious and full of games, books and general stuff to keep everyone entertained. Garden is just fabulous and the wildlife flourishes. This is a very child friendly place with lots of space for kids to run around and lots of things to do without having to leave the comfortable space…and you have chickens as your neighbours. Location is ideal for exploring nearby places & attractions and / or you can just walk to Longford which is a stunning place.

This place was amazing. We booked it for our 12 year olds birthday and it was just perfect. So peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was brilliant and we all loved it. The bus was so well kitted out. Our bed was SO comfortable - slept really well! The owners kindly put up a Happy Birthday banner for our son along with marshmallows for the fire. There was even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge🤩 We all feel like we have had a real “brain break”, going home feeling relaxed, chilled and calm. We actually didn’t want to leave and stay forever. Just a fantastic place and can’t wait to go back. It was all so so so perfect - Thank you

Great getaway for us as a family of 4. Great to have all the animals, swings and games to play around us for the kids to be occupied and gave us time to relax in the setting around us. Truck was very comfy and was a great place to stay.

I booked this hut for my boyfriends birthday and although it rained all day and night we still had a lovely time. Kate was amazing answering our questions and always happy to help! We would definitely like to come back again and will recommend this hut to our friends 🥰

I had a lovely stay at Pippins, Jill was so lovely and accommodated me bringing my daughter last minute without any issues. She was friendly chatty and helpful, when I accidentally turned off the hot water and didn't know what I had done. I would love to come back to stay again. Great host, Great Location and a Great place.

We had a wonderful stay! The tent was extremely cosy, loved lighting the log burner every morning and waking to the sights of sheep, lamb and alpacas outside. There is a real sense of tranquility at this property, off the beaten track but easy to get to nearby towns, beaches and attractions. We, and especially the kids, love the hot tub and bbq. Also was able to go out for some great trail runs. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights away, peaceful with some lovely views in the paddock. Although looking a bit tired place was very clean and tidy and had all the utensils you needed. Joanne was very helpful and informative. Garden clean and tidy but I would say not quite enclosed for my beagles who investigate everything also the paddock which was very handy wasn’t enclosed enough for my lot. All in all a very handy place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

Spent a few days at the yurt with my daughter. We were a bit unlucky with the weather as there was a storm on the first night, the yurt felt sturdy enough, but it was very loud. Sarah was extremely helpful and responsive though and gave great recommendations for things to do locally. My daughter loved the animals and had a chance to explore and roam free for a bit.

Lovely stay at the bluebird penthouse. Hot tub was great and perfect after a day of exploring North Devon. Instructions to use pizza oven and BBQ all really clear, great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would really recommend smoke on the water. The place is as described and clean. The patio is great and although it was a little chilly, we still made full use of it in the evenings! It is on a farm so there is noise from around but mostly super peaceful and private. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we cannot wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the tipi, sleeping very well on a comfortable bed and appreciated the sunlight coming in in the morning. The whole site is clean and well organised, with the large shower room being particularly welcome. If you like alpacas then you can meet them onsite too. Many thanks to Phil. We had a fantastic stay at the meadow. It was just as the photos show. My husband and I along with our 4 year old stayed and it was our first time glamping. The bed was so comfortable, king size for us and a single for our son. Everything you need is there, kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave. All cutlery, cups and plates etc. the bathroom is fantastic and so great to have an en-suite with shower and toilet attached to the tent. Fire pit and bench outside and so much space around for little man to play. Our hosts were so helpful and left us some yummy biscuits, fresh butter, bread and milk for when we arrived too. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to return again in the future. Definitely a great experience and a perfectly comfortable way to give glamping a try. A serene and charming stay at Lucy and Andy’s. The hot tub is fantastic and the views of the countryside can’t be beaten. Accommodating and friendly hosts, would recommend to anyone.

Kate’s place was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and our nervous rescue dog. The field was even bigger than I expected and it was lovely to be able to let the dog explore without having to worry that she could get out. The accommodation itself was quirky and fun and also super comfortable. Kate was an amazing host who made sure that we had everything we needed including a nice welcome pack with homemade scones, a lovely weekend away and so calming
