We had an amazing stay at Tom's place, can't recommend it enough. The house is really nicely done inside and is in a beautiful location less than 10 mins walk from the centre of Fowey, and the views from the house are amazing - beautiful scenery and lots of boat activity to watch. It was lovely to stay in such a nice house and we really appreciated that it's obviously also lived in meaning the kitchen is very well equipped with loads of useful basics etc. Tom communicated really well and we had everything we needed all the time. Will definitely be looking to come back!

Just spent the early May bank holiday weekend here to celebrate a big birthday. Beautiful house really made the weekend. Whole house is immaculate and beautifully decorated and furnished. Very cosy and warm house. Lovely decking to enjoy breakfast and a morning cuppa on and the bottom of the garden with comfy furniture for some late afternoon sun. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and provide lots of information. Short 10 mins walk to start of shops and restaurants and about 20-25 to the furthest. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Watersedge Restaurant close by at the Greenbank Hotel and at The Ranch. Amazing views from all levels of the house out over the water. Could not fault this property and I am very fussy. Definitely book to stay here. Personal private parking right outside too. This property has everything you could possibly want or need from couples to bigger families.

What a super place Teal House is, great location & value for money. Mark is an excellent host. Would strongly recommend this property as a fab place to stay!

Extremely comfortable and homely; extra household stuff provided which made things easier. Convenient for town and beaches. Great to have parking space and relaxing, outdoor patio area.

We had a very lovely stay here, with 7 adults, a toddler and an infant. Ideal for a family get-together, with seperate spaces, and private garden with outdoor eating space, well equipped with BBQ and pizza oven. Our grandchildren were fascinated by the glass floor view onto the River Lim rushing below the dining room floor! The house is perfectly placed for quick walks to beach, coast path and shops, as well as to the Town Mill square behind the house, with flour mill and micro brewery, as well as eateries.

Had the best family New Year at Rose's. Beautiful welcoming and very cosy home. Stunning sea views from the house. Right near the shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent communication from Rose giving you all the required information you need and more. Could not of wished for a better family break set in the most fabulous location. The house has ample space providing you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fresh towels, toiletries, lots of games to play, the list goes on. Would very highly recommended and we will most definitely be returning.

Really lovely stay. Right on the beach front and a 10 minute walk from the town. The nightlife was really good and day time activities too. The house itself was lovely, really clean and spacious. Well worth the money we paid and would absolutely stay again. Thank you :)

A sizeable three bedroomed semi detached property on the edge of a small village a mile from Perranporth. Very quiet. All the facilities you'd need, including washing machine and dryer. comfortable beds and true to photos. Exceptional amount of off road parking. As others have said it's about a mile to the beach, but you can avoid some of the hills by using the Saints Trail to walk to the beach rather than going down Liskey Hill. The property is close to the South West Coast path and there are some lovely walks from the property (e.g. Perranporth to St Agnes) Ross and his partner were very responsive, and are local, as the cleaners forgot to leave waste bags, and do also take soap and toilet paper (for the bathroom) and washing machine tablets , as the cleaner slipped up here as well. Overall a great value Cornish property, recommended, and I'd be delighted to return next time I'm in the area.

Although we couldn’t stay as planned due to an electrical issue (which had nothing to do with the host or the property — just our luck!), I want to emphasize that the property is amazing. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist. Everything on the property was perfect, and the host was equally outstanding. I’m sure it would have been a wonderful experience if we had been able to stay.

Keith’s place was amazing. Nothing bad to say about the house at all. Easily walkable into town and lots of places to eat and drink. Parking was a bit of a mission as permits outside, there was free parking up the hill if you could get a space. Would really recommend staying here for a break away. Keith was always responsive when I reached out to him and was a perfect host

A great house for our stay, a family of 12, including 4 children. The check in was so easy and great not to have to worry about keys!! The house was as described. Clean , warm with great entertaining space and well equipped. Nice big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor space looked great but we didn’t really use it due to the weather. Beach really close by and a visit to Shaldon Zoo on the ferry was enjoyed by all. I would recommend this house for families!

Robins house was perfect for our stay in Newquay. Beautiful interior and nice views of the sea. Easy to follow instructions of location and Robin was very quick in replying to messages. Location was good, about 5 minute walk to Newquay town and about 15 mins walk to Fistral Beach. We were left a beautiful welcome pack of cream teas which was unexpected. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone. Definitely will be back

Andy is quick to respond and very helpful. The house is lovely. Homely and comfy. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need.

We had a great short stay, the accommodation was exactly what we wanted and expected, it was spacious and well appointed with everything you would require Although it wasn't much of a walk to the city centre we were lazy and used a taxi with prices £5 to £6. The area was nice and quiet with a small garden and ample parking. As and when I visit Cardiff again, this will be high on my list. Thank you Simon. 😁

Perfect house and location, with the most helpful guest book I've ever seen! Hannah was a brilliant host and we would highly recommend staying here. We were nervous about not having private parking, but we never had a problem getting parked on the streets near the house it was easy and stress free. Literally 5 mins and you're in the centre of padstow with lots to do.

Loved our stay at Lorna Doone. Alan and Pat are perfect hosts and the house is amazing. Spotless, comfortable and in a perfect location just minutes up the hill from the centre of Watchet. We’ll definitely stay again

A very clean and comfortable stay. The house and gardens were immaculately presented. We felt right at home and had a relaxing stay. The house is located in a quiet street. You can be on a beach in 5 mins walk and the famous Barry island beach is a lovely coastal stroll away. We came on a Gavin and Stacey Pilgrimage. The house was the ideal base for a family holiday, giving us plenty of space to chill out in. The welcome treats were a very kind gift.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location: in the heart of the Barbican without the noise. Even had an absurd superyacht as a neighbour on our last night (it moored up just below the flat in the harbour). Proximity to Jacka Bakery was not taken for granted. Lovely.

We had a lovely stay in Andrew's cottage. Communication was great. It was just as described, spotlessly clean, warm, very comfortable and an easy short stroll from the centre of Dartmouth. Lovely views from the front across the town. Comfy beds and a very nice kitchen to cook in. There is a terrace at the front for al fresco meals, although the weather was a bit chilly for that during our stay. We managed to park a short walk away. As mentioned in the details there are steps and a slope up to the cottage, and it was set over three floors. Not a problem for our family, and very typical for Dartmouth. We would happily stay there again.

Beautiful small terraced house in central Glastonbury. Walking distance to all the sights of Glastonbury and a short drive to Wells, Cheddar and the surrounding area. The interior is clean and modern and well stocked with amenities.

Great location to pop into town and to the parks and plenty of shops around. It was lovely and warm. Lovely decoration and garden was a lovely sun trap. Home from home. We had everything we needed. Thanks.
