There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. Modern Studio Guesthouse, close to IAH!

A modern, quiet, comfortable guesthouse with a washer/dryer located 5 miles from IAH. Also close to Old Town Spring and I-45, just over 25 mins from downtown Houston and 15 from The Woodlands. Small, quiet neighborhood with a great patio space that guests are welcome to enjoy. A queen air mattress and a pack n play are also available upon request. The guesthouse is fully separated from the main house, with a private entrance and parking for 1 regular sized vehicle.

Beautiful Garden Oaks / Oak Forest Apartment

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

Welcome to your lakefront escape - a spacious (~900 sq ft) private guesthouse suite with gorgeous Lake Paloma views, infinity pool access, and all the comfort you need for an easy, memorable stay. Perfect for families or small groups - up to 4 adults (or 5 guests including kids). NOTE: The guesthouse is attached to our home, where we live. Guests have a private entrance and private guesthouse space (not shared). The only shared areas are the driveway and backyard

The Nook (Guest Suite/Secondary Unit)

This space is completely private. You don’t share any common areas. The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around

Fun, Relaxing Escape with Pool

Your family will be close to everything in The Woodlands when you stay at our centrally-located property. You will also be able to get away when you come back to relax on 5 acres. It is within walking distance to Jones State Forest. Within 5-15 minutes drive to The Woodlands Pavillon, mall, events, and restaurants. We live on the property in the house and will be there to assist you with whatever you may need while staying in our 1900 square foot bardominium.
