This Countryside Barn is Stunning! whether away with work, visiting family or a near by attraction, or simply getting away for a break , we are here to make your stay as memorable as possible, we are happy to help or leave you to your own privacy. Located 1 mile away, Belton village has a great pub/restaurant and shop and just a few minutes drive to the next town and villages. A 10 minute drive to Loughbourgh and Ashby de la zouch. At the Barn you will enjoy comfort, space and a bit of luxury.

Coach House - 2 storey Fully Serviced Annex

The Coach House is a period annex with modern facilities. Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey etc.

The Barley Country Lodge with hot tub

Superbly equipped luxury lodge nestled in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Enjoy spacious warmth for year round breaks or extended stays. Explore great walks, cycling or riding and visit many local attractions. A lovely place to relax in comfort with 300 + 5 star reviews for our properties. There are two pubs in the village an easy walk away. There are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for dining and a spacious main room cosy sofas and soft lighting. perfect for evening relaxation.

Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. It has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, toaster & kettle. This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.
