Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2022 total neu renoviert, mit Geschirrspüler. Bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen. Tennisplatz und Fitness/Sauna kann mitbenutzt werden. Parkplatz Nr. 14 inbegriffen. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
