This private, 2 bedroom apartment is attached to our house. It has great sound insulation from the main house. Similar setup to a side-by-side duplex, with an always locked adjoining door. It has neutral decor, and is cozy and comfortable. We offer a kitchenette (all kitchen amenities minus an oven, but we have countertop burners & appliances to make up for it). Your own washer/dryer stocked with supplies and private full bath with rainfall shower head and HUGE tub! We also offer Hulu, HBO&WIFI.

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

You’ll love this newly remodeled third floor suite in our large century home located near Coventry Village/University Circle/Cleveland Clinic. The private suite with separate entrance and stairs has an air conditioned large bedroom with a firm queen bed, a sunny sitting room with a futon and a bathroom (shower) finished in Victorian ornate wood trim! Off street parking is in the rear. Our place is great for couples or business travelers, and the futon can sleep a child or adult.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.
