Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

The outdoor living space has lounging seats, chairs, natural gas fire pit, outdoor shower and an outdoor soaking tub! Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction.
