200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The unique landscape and geology at Watertop farm ranks it number 14 of the top 100 geological sites in UK. Detached farm cottage in a superb location on the Causeway Coastal Route above Whitepark Bay - midway between Ballycastle and Bushmills.
