There are two bedrooms, a small living room, a private bathroom and a coffee bar with a refrigerator and microwave. The guests have access to the courtyard as well as the pool area. This is not a space for party's. This is a quiet neighborhood and I expect guests to be courteous to myself and my neighbors.
