The place is was very nice and clean! Price is worth it and it’s also very relaxing. The hosts were very nice and welcoming too! Would stay here again if in the area!

Great stay! We will definitely be back. Right next door to a Walgreens that sells adult beverages and any other basics you may need. Close to a lovely breakfast spot, Cozy Corner, and the apartment was in a safe and diverse neighborhood. We had a blast!

For the price of a hotel room, we got a whole apartment plus a rental car. We could make our own meals or find restaurants within an easy drive (also walkable probably outside of winter weather). A comfortable place on a quiet street. The kitchen is well equipped.

We were very satisfied with our stay here! The hosts were gracious enough to let us check in early, and the apartment was very modern, clean, and stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee, and the living room was the perfect place to relax under a blanket and watch TV or play one of the provided board games. The bathroom was clean and the bedrooms were exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with connecting the TV to the WiFi. The only issues we had were that it was very easy to hear a lot of creaking from the upstairs neighbors walking around and the AC seemed to turn off in the middle of the night and it got warm in the early mornings. Overall, everything was as expected if not above and beyond, and we would 100% come back for another stay!

Great location to base out of for exploring downtown and other neighborhoods. Easy access to transit. Walkable to the center area. Unit had comfy mattresses, and bedding, nice towels, toiletries in the shower, and was so clean! We made use of the coffee station. Convenient washer dryer and detergent in unit. Great stay!

Karen was a wonderfully responsive host. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great location with proximity to the lakeshore trail.

Wayne foi super prestativo em nos ajudar quando chegamos e quando tivemos que extender os dias! Sempre responde rápido! Se você assim como eu, veio para esta cidade a trabalho e precisou estacionar mais de um carro, aqui é o lugar certo! Casa confortável e atende todas as necessidades!

Staying at Mary’s place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for the holidays and she was easily available for any questions. Only a 5 minute drive into town! I would definitely stay here again.

The home was incredible. It was located right next to the Dunes with a short walk to get to the beach. The view from the house was great to see the waves on Lake Michigan and the house was well stocked with everything in the kitchen and had very comfortable beds. This is a place I will gladly come back to and one my whole family enjoyed!

The stay was wonderful. The house was very comfortable, clean and very cute. All of us throughly enjoyed the house and our stay. We had everything we needed. We even had access to a nice backyard with grass, patio furniture and a grill. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful two-night stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. Beautiful house situated on a wonderful tree-lined, quiet and safe street. I spent my mornings in a wonderful coffee shop, less than a three minute walk from the property - absolutely fantastic location! The property itself is exactly as pictured - four wonderful spacious double bedrooms and two big bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The kitchen and lounge area are wonderfully decorated throughout and again, exactly as pictured. Excellent attention to detail throughout the property, including laundry facilities and bathroom amenities, which we were super grateful of. Honestly, I was very sad to leave, and would move in tomorrow if I could! Highly recommend this home to anyone!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Great location to drive into the city and suburbs for the various meetings we had. There are good cafes within walking distance. Strongly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Had an incredible stay at the place. The area was amazing and peaceful and plenty to do. Matt was a very accommodating host and was very helpful and available if we ever needed something!

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!
