The area comprises of 37 acres of unspoilt coastal countryside, a 5 minute walk from the safe bathing beach of Colwell Bay. Fort Victoria Country Park and the pretty harbour town of Yarmouth are within easy walking distance.

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

A two minute stroll will take you down to the beach; here you can hire paddle boards, go for breakfast lunch or dinner at one of the various restaurants or follow the coastal path for more breathtaking views of The Needles. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
