Walnut Tree House B&B near Norwich

Fascinating 18th century Norfolk Farmhouse, not on an active farm any more and only 20 minutes from Norwich, the UEA and Norfolk & Norwich Teaching Hospital. It contains most of the original features, including oak beams and windows and an inglenook fireplace. It is filled with arts and curios from around the world. Off-road parking. There are two delightful bedrooms with south-facing views over the garden. One room has a double bed and the other twins or a super-king.. BOTH OF THESE ROOMS SHARE A PRIVATE BATHROOM SO WE ONLY LET THEM TOGETHER FOR FAMILIES OR CLOSE FRIENDS. FOR THOSE WANTING ONE ROOM ONLY THE BATHROOM IS FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. There is a wash-hand-basin in each bed room. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in your room. The sitting room for guests’ use is large but very cosy with wood-burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace. An HD widescreen television is provided.. WiFi is available and access to a pc will be given if you do not have a laptop or tablet with you. A wide range of books and magazines is available combined with a variety of games and puzzles. A study area is available with those with work to do! Breakfast is a delight with a choice of full English or specialities such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Continental breakfast consists of fresh fruit, yogurts, toast, croissants etc served with home made preserves including Mulberry Jam [from our own tree in the garden] A vegetarian option is always available. We source all ingredients locally as much as possible as Norfolk is renowned for its agricultural produce. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements - we can cater for all diets. North Tuddenham is situated in the heart of Norfolk, surrounded by farmland and country lanes but still close to the celebrated North Norfolk Coast and the fine City of Norwich (13 miles) one of England’s great medieval cities. Guided tours of Norfolk and Norwich are available on a pre-booked basis and can be designed to suit individual guests’ interests.

The Spa Escape Cottage with king-size bed

A spacious, detached en-suite retreat featuring a king-size bed, abundant natural light, and serene garden views. Guests are provided with robes and can enjoy complimentary spa access from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., which includes a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, & outdoor pool. Face and body treatments are also available. A continental breakfast is included, with the option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast at the Yurt Bistro, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Ideal for a tranquil getaway.

Our Tudor farmhouse has been lived in by the Perowne family since 1845. Set in private gardens in the quiet, rural village of Great Snoring, Top Farm offers the perfect base to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Including nearby Thursford Steam Museum, perfect for their Christmas Show. We offer 2 rooms with en-suites, plus 1 family bedroom. Guests also have use of the private breakfast/sitting room. Where you can enjoy a cooked breakfast or warm up in front of the fire after a days exploring.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. Converted to a family home in 2005, it boasts a spacious 36 square metre guest suite with en-suite facilities and private access which we offer as bed & breakfast accommodation. King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.
