The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. With the city of Norwich only 15 miles with it castle or the market towns of Wymondham and Diss there’s lots to visit in the area. The village pub is just a 10 min walk

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!
